Shipping Policy (U.S. Customers)

At Meenarose, we process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. For this reason, we encourage customers to double-check their shipping information before finalizing an order.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. Our team is always happy to assist where possible.
